Kæledyrsvenlige hoteller i Matterdale

"Of course the setting is the main attraction. The hotel is is a beautiful, grand, rural home, set by the lake, so its location and views are exceptional. The hotel is a bit quirky and creaky as you would expect but some areas are tired and not as clean as they could be, sadly. The staff were polite and efficent enough but not especially engaging. That said we didnt really need anything, so our interactions were limited"

"Staff very welcoming. Food really nice and very filling. Perfect stay for us. Thankyou"

"Fantastisk hyggeligt sted, som ligger utroligt smukt og med gæstfrit personale"

"The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. I think Expedia have been misleading not detailing the facts about that particular...

"Vi havde kun tid til en enkelt overnatning men vender gerne tilbage til denne hyggelige kro, som ligger ideelt ved vejen til Grasmere.Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var god og værelse, seng og bad levede op til forventningerne. Udsigten er enestående og omgivelserne egner sig til traveture."

"We arrived to a lovely friendly greeting from Suruchi, we were given a walk around of the property, offered information on things to do and places to go. We chose this as a central location that was dog friendly for the three of us to stay. Nice location, nice property and the room was clean and tidy. Would definitely use this property again on another stay in the lakes. Thank you for making our 4 night stay so memorable."
