"Gorgeous house with so much space for a group of 9. With 3 showers and toilets, no queues and such an easy getaway. Pool side party was also great fun. We loved seeing and interacting with the horses. We also hosted a tea party for my family one morning with the owner's permission, which was a huge drawcard seeing as most properties don't allow even quiet gatherings. Fast communication from the owner, overall great place to stay!"

"This was exactly what we hoped. Breathtaking views that made us wish we could stay longer. We had a short visit on our way to Australia, this was perfectly located for day trips to Rotorua / Te Puia and Hobitton along with a wine day at Waiheke. We would make the day long flights again to stay here!"

"The views are stunning and even on the first day when we had rain we were able to enjoy the outside and didn't care when in the baths. The accommodation is nearer to the main house than expected but we had no noise or concerns about privacy. We'd initially considered inviting another couple to join us for a night but glad they couldn't make it as the bathroom is off the master and we enjoy our own space. The location is definitely outstanding, even when it's windy it didn't seem to impact us....

"This is one of the best tiny home accommodation experiences. The tiny home itself is very modern and all the minor details and extras were much appreciated! Located on a farm that makes you feel like you really are in New Zealand! The outdoor fire brazier was a nice touch, bbq available to use as well Clean quality linens and a comfy bed meant a good night's sleep. Good hot water system for the shower and kitchen too This is the perfect place to feel like you're in a rural location, but...

"We traveled as a family with grandparents and kids. The pictures don’t do justice to how gorgeous this location is. The place is indeed a retreat with a complete island to yourself. The house is very well equipped to host multiple families or events. It had everything you need to relax, enjoy and the proximity to Rotorua, waterfalls, Hobbiton make this a perfect vacation spot. The hosts( Jenny and Rob) are amazing and available when you need help. We look forward to visiting soon again."

There’s a great Lake walk minutes away & amazing local Italian for dinner. Thanks for making it easy to enjoy. The fresh flowers in the rooms were a lovely, welcoming touch."

"We based in Cambridge and did the ride over three days. The accommodation suited 8 of us. We all thought the supply of cups especially and plates and bowls was pretty stingy for the price. Not enough for 8 considering one can by plenty for $100 ish at Briscos or Farmers!!"
