The villa develops over 300 sq. metres and different levels. Inside, we find a beautiful large open plan living area that open directly onto the outside, with sofa, TV and an open plan kitchen. There are a total of 6 double bedrooms with Queen sized bed and 6 bathrooms with shower. Enter the villa via steps from the street level and over a suspended glass-sided walkway. This leads into the first floor of the villa or the lower level of the outside space.

On the first floor we find the main open plan living space where there is a large kitchen with windows (equipped with a 4-burner hob, double sink, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machines) as well as a dining table seating 12. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower on this floor.

An internal marble staircase leads to the lower floor which can also be accessed from the outside. Here we find another living room with corner sofa, TV and a second kitchen (equipped with a 4-burner hob, sink, oven and fridge freezer). French windows lead us out to a furnished balcony with sea views and access down to the main outdoor area. The sleeping rooms on this level are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower.
