Villa Ilona Piccola is a splendid and luminous two-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Ilona Piccola you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of Nerano bay and of the coastline. Villa Ilona Piccola is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.2 km (0.75 miles) from Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Ilona Piccola from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 17 steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Ilona Piccola we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Villa Ilona Piccola is along a narrow road.

The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with an external shower, and it is partly shaded by olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Terrace
The terrace is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with sofas, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline.
Garden
The garden is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the terrace. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and a swing. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a cooker with four gas burners and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
