This lovely sea view villa is located in Resort Lubrense close to Masse Lubrense on the Sorrento Peninsula. The villa shares a garden and swimming pool with two other villas and is perfect for family gatherings or small groups of friends. The resort is conveniently located for shops, restaurants, and buses and within easy driving distance of beaches.

Sorrento is just 10 km away and the popular towns of Positano, Amalfi, Pompei and Capri Island are all within easy reach by car or public transport from Sorrento.

PLEASE NOTE: On the same property, there is also the owner's villa but he will not use the pool during the guests stay. However, on this property, there are also two bedrooms that are rented as BandBs and when those rooms are rented, the guests can use the pool as well.

Outside, the villa has its own furnished private terrace and you will find a shared garden with several shady areas furnished for alfresco dining and relaxing, a gazebo (with bar) and a communal swimming pool (12.5m x 8m; depth 1.5m, open from 1 April to 31 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers). There are also barbecue facilities, outdoor showers, and onsite parking (3 spaces).
