Relais Nike is a luxurious Villa located in Marina del Cantone, a point of Sorrento Coast that overlooks the sea. It is equipped with large terraces fitted out with every comfort for outdoor dining, swimming pool (11x3m), and Jacuzzi (2x2m with heated water and full optionals: music, lights and other functions) both for the exclusive use of customers.
The outdoor spaces are equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven and BBQ. Relais Nike is the ideal place for sea lovers, in fact it is possible to reach the beach by foot, it is only 1 km away.
After all, Marina del Cantone is famous for its beach - one of the largest in the area - and for the beauty of its seabed and underwater caves. The beach is equipped with beach resort and many restaurants known for their typical local dishes based on fish but also on land products.
Relais Nike is an ideal starting point for day trips both by sea, from Marina del Cantone we recommend trying a boat ride at least once to discover the delightful little beaches of the marine park, all made up of pebbles, clear water and rocky bottoms. But also by land in the direction of Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompeii, all places of great scenic and cultural interest.

The Villa is composed as follows:

GROUND FLOOR: living room-study with access to large panoramic sea view terrace equipped for outdoor dining, 3 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom sleeping 2 more in bunk beds and with ensuite bathroom with shower.
3 of the 4 bedrooms have sea views and access to the terrace.

FLOOR BELOW: corner bar and large internal dining room with access to the terrace, TV room, professional kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with sea view and ensuite bathroom with shower

FIRST FLOOR: 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (3 bedrooms with access to the small terrace and sea view.
All rooms are equipped with: TV, hairdryer, Free WiFi, satellite TV, AC, heating, and mini fridge.

Prices are for 22 people (20+2)
Refundable security deposit: € 1,000, the entire amount will be returned at the end of the stay, net of any charges in the event of damage to the property.
Guests can provide their credit card details to guarantee the refundable deposit.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Pool opening (Private pool) 31/03 - 15/10
Pets not allowed
Rates are inclusive of: cleaning during the week: 4 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Final cleaning
Cot for children under two years
1 set of bed linen per week included in the price.
2 set of bathroom linen per week included in the price. Pool towels, WiFi, 4 parking spaces

EXTRA COSTS to be paid locally in cash

City tax: €3 per person (excluding children under 18) per day.

ON REQUEST:
- As for breakfast there are 2 options.
If customers only want the chef to prepare breakfast (without service or cleaning) the cost is €150 per day plus payment for the food separately (the staff of the villa present the receipts). This service requires the chef to spend a couple of hours.
However, if you want breakfast served with final cleaning the cost is €20 per person including food.
- Cook + assistant the cost of the chef for other meals is €250 per day, (receipts will be presented separately for food and drinks).
For this service the chef plus assistant will spend a couple of hours in the villa to prepare meals without cleaning, which is the responsibility of the customers.
- These services are not provided on Sundays and holidays - The purchase cost of food and drinks is charged to the residents. For food shopping, an advance payment of Euro 1000 in cash is required upon arrival, to be integrated during the stay. For the day of arrival, we recommend sending an initial list with the specification of the first supply. - The service for the purchase of groceries has an additional cost. - The preparation of dinner with table service can also be booked, with a cost per person depending on the menu chosen.
- Electricity and Hot/Cold AC included up to a maximum weekly consumption of 1000 KW, the excess KW will be paid on the spot according to consumption (Euro 1.00/KW).
Events: for weddings, birthdays, parties, Relais Nike provides a complete and highly qualified service for up to 80 people. The cost for the events is 1500 Euros for the use of the spaces. The full estimate will be provided upon request.
