The night area consists of three welcoming bedrooms, each embellished with a comfortable king-size double bed. The villa's accommodation capacity is further extended thanks to the presence of two double sofa beds positioned in the shared living areas.



The kitchens in the facility are fully equipped to meet every culinary need and to prepare meals in complete autonomy.



At the guests' service there are two modern bathrooms equipped with showers. The villa is also equipped with all the practical details for a worry-free stay, including a washing machine, WiFi connection and an efficient air conditioning system present in all rooms.

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.



• Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. From 23:00 onwards, the supplement will be €50.



•Check-out: by 10:00 AM.



• Tourist tax: to be paid on arrival, €3 per person per night.
