Front desk and valet staff were super friendly, the gentleman and lady working the breakfast buffet in the morning were lovely and overall we were really impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend for any event in downtown Indy! "Da vi ankom i bil skulle vi have den parkeret. Den medarbejder der stod for den havde åbenbart for travlt med sin telefon så vi stod flere som ventede på ham. Da han kom tilbage fortalte han ikke, at vi skulle vente på ham parkerede bilen. Da det endelig blev vores tur efter 1 time skulle vi tømme alt midt på gaden. Og så skal man huske, at der er tax på parkeringen, så vi endte med at give 60 dollar for et døgns parkering. Derudover var der slet ikke spisepladser nok til morgenmad, ikke en gang...
