"Charming old-style inn with a nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff that went out of their way to help move our booking to another room when the cabin A/C went out a day before we arrived. We only stayed for a night, but we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Franklin!"

"Lindsay at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Gave us suggestions of things to do. Beds were comfortable and a/c was nice and cold. The only problem we had was the internet service. Could barely connect. Other than that , definitely recommend. Loved Bryson City !"
