"The room was clean. Just had basic tv no cable or streaming available. But at the price all you should expect is a clean room in a safe environment and you can get that at the mirage."

"We’re visiting San Francisco and trying out a few different hotels for fun and comparison purposes. This is one of the best so far. We decided it would be safer and less expensive to stay slightly outside the city rather than downtown. Parking here is free compared to $65 to $95/night in the city and the room rate is less for a comparable hotel. It’s only about a 15 minute drive into central SF.
The room is clean, the beds are comfortable and we like the fact that the bathroom has a real door...

"They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city."

"Very difficult to judge as I stayed first 2 night in a horrible, small, dark room where the bed was tiny but after complaining was moved to a very nice, large room facing the park with nice comfortable beds and nice bedding. Don’t bother about the breakfast. It is not worth eating. "

"Loved this place! Perfect location, size and layout plus so many modern additions like Google TVs and hub. So much attention to detail overall. Will definitely stay here again when Im lucky enough to get back to SF! There's only one very small critique and that's the shower water pressure could be a little stronger but it was sufficient as is. "

"Cute, super clean no frills hotel with the friendliest staff. Front desk person (BM) went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and cared for. Will be staying here again! Neighborhood is cute, safe with easy access to public transportation and restaurants. "

"It's a basic, renovated and repainted old school motor inn. Clean, excellent location and felt nostalgic to me. Good option if you're cost conscious and want to stay in a great area. I want to celebrate and acknowledge the Manager who goes by BM. He went out of his way to accommodate requests and left after me and other guests. I think it's his care and leadership that really makes the place. Would definitely come back because of him"

"Inside the Walls of the hotel it was great and the service was friendly and excellent. The Neighbourhood is apparently the worst in SFO and the street of the hotel is literally crawling with homelessness. This makes it really noise at nighttime."

"Her får du et godt turistklasse hotel, men går du efter lidt ekstra, som du normalt finder hos Hilton, er det ikke her.
Vi blev indkvarteret på 25. etage, hvor man samtidig havde gang i en renovering. Det betød, at vi blev vækket af håndværker larm tidligt hver morgen. Receptionen kunne ikke fortælle, hvor længe det ville stå på. Her skulle man nok have lukket etagen.
Hotellet har en lille morgenmadscafé, der nok er lidt overvurderet på hjemmesiden. Udbuddet er stærkt begrænset og til stærkt forhøjede priser.
Rengøring på værelset kan der ikke sættes på en finger på og personalet her er meget imødekommende.
Hotellet ligger godt og perfekt til en tur i China Town."
