You won't find anything like this beautiful loft within 100 miles! Located right in the heart of the redevelopment of historic downtown Maryville, just a mile from NWMSU campus. It features 1600 square feet of living with three bedrooms, two full spa-like baths, two stunning outdoor living spaces, an open living room/kitchen concept, and all the amenities. Walk to dinner, do some shopping, throw some axes, hit up the brewery - all right outside your doorstep!

The Willow Loft is located in historic downtown Maryville, Missouri, less than one mile from the Northwest Missouri State University campus. Situated across the street from the beautiful county courthouse and right next door to the recently finished Downtown Pocket Park. We love to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking downtown, do some shopping at our diverse independent retail locations, take in an amazing lunch at one of our great restaurants, and finish the evening with a beer at the Black Pony Brewery. Walk to a game at the University or enjoy the vibrant nighttime college scene!

Parking is free everywhere in downtown Maryville, and is readily available. All of our downtown restaurants and shops are walkable from the Willow Loft.

While our loft is incredible, we aren’t set up for student housing. Additionally, we kindly request our renters be over 25 years old. Families are always welcomed!

Please note: The tenant below the space is a dog grooming studio, which is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Sometimes there can be a fair amount of noise from the space earlier in the morning. While we rarely hear of an issue from a guest, we want you to know! We ask that guests inform us if noise is excessive so we can contact the business owner.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in our loft. Only approved guests allowed. Please respect quiet hours out of respect for our other guests.
