The three-room apartment is on two levels, between the mezzanine and basement floors of Villetta Sole e Sale in a residential area in Campomarino di Maruggio, a picturesque seaside resort on the Ionian coast of Salento.
The vacation home is surrounded by a lovely private garden, fully fenced and equipped with table, chairs and umbrella, perfect for relaxing in the open air.
A comfortable veranda is furnished for spending time outdoors with brick benches, table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Entering the house is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Next door, on the right, is the bright living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed. The living area is completed by 1 shower room.
A characteristic spiral staircase leads from the living room to the basement, where there is a large living room with 1 double sofa bed and equipped wall, equipped with direct access to the outside.
A small hallway leads to the second full bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom, also with direct access to the outside.
All rooms are air conditioned, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It is spread over two levels, between the raised ground floor and the basement, accessible via a spiral staircase.
- Air conditioning is not available in all rooms.
