The Space:
Our family-friendly cabin is packed with amenities and fun for couples, families or large groups of friends.

The cabin includes:
- 5 bedrooms with 6 beds + 4 sets of bunk beds
- A huge deck surrounded by trees, with a propane grill
- Central AC and heat
- Outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing
- Fully-stocked kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and island
- Wood fireplace to keep you cozy at night

The download speeds on are WiFi are about 2.5-3 Mbps. That's just enough to stream movies, but it may be a little laggy. But definitely fast enough for regular web browsing and remote work.

Note: Bear's Den has 5 bedrooms (with 10 beds) and will easily sleep 16 people. If you have a larger group including young children, please message us and we can likely accommodate you at this property, or another one nearby.

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).

While the neighborhood community does have a pool, unfortunately, it is not available for use by Blue Maple guests. While the pool is off-limits, we’re happy to recommend nearby swimming spots, parks, or other fun local attractions if you’re looking to cool off or relax!

Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!

We love how close to everything we are - particularly all the restaurants and shops in Berkeley Springs. You’re less than a 10 minute drive from downtown - with Berkeley Springs Brewing Company less than 5 minutes away!
