Private ferieboliger i Martinez

"Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend."

"Great location and great for our family."

"Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were...

"House is as pictured. Plenty of games and activities at the house to keep you busy between outings. Hot tub was a plus. Plenty of room for our travel party of 5 adults. Roy -the host - was very responsive to questions and requests. House was a good position from San Fran and wine country to do both during the trip. If we come out west again we would stay again. Much more economical than staying in the city."

"This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is."

"Logement conforme à nos attentes et propriétaire réactif!"

"We really appreciate your property…big enough so we could spread out a bit!! The back yard was a plus with our doggo! The chickens next door a humorous addition!! Your house was comfortable and served us very well for an overnight on our way through California!!!"
