Trullo Spedito is a historic and authentic trullo with a private pool, overlooking a stunning view of the Valle d'Itria. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Pets are not allowed.

The restoration has brought the magic of the trulli back to life, preserving the structure's authenticity and originality.

Originally built in the early 19th century to serve a vineyard, every stone tells the story of this small jewel of Apulian architecture. The old well where the grape must was stored has been restored and can be seen through a glass hatch.

The structure consists of two interconnecting trulli and one lamia. Each room has a French door with direct access to the outdoor patio.

In the smaller trullo, where the original fireplace is located, you'll find a cozy living room with a built-in sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the alcove, which can sleep two guests. A Smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix is also provided.

The larger trullo houses the masonry kitchen, fully equipped with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, table, and stools.

The lamia, with a vaulted ceiling, serves as the main bedroom and includes a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and Smart TV. The bedroom leads into a spacious modern bathroom with bidet, large shower, and dual stone sinks.

Exterior Features of Trullo Spedito:
The property is easily accessible via a quiet, paved secondary road. The entrance gate is remote-controlled. A large private parking area is available for guests.

The main courtyard features a centuries-old olive tree encircled by a traditional dry stone wall. There is a lounge area with built-in sofas, barbecue, sink, and induction cooktop, along with two tables, benches, and chairs.

Dry stone walls and an abundance of cushions make the outdoor space harmonious and comfortable throughout the day.

The laundry area includes a washing machine and a practical clothes drying rack.

An outdoor shower with hot and cold water offers a convenient alternative to the indoor bathroom.

The pool area is spacious and panoramic. It includes a cold-water shower, sun loungers, deck chairs, and stone-wall sofas, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment.

The views are breathtaking: looking uphill reveals a wooded field belonging to the property; looking downhill showcases the traditional trulli that dot the Itria Valley.

The south-facing orientation ensures sunlight from sunrise to sunset, while soft evening lighting makes the space magical at night.
