Ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people, the property has a 4×10 meter panoramic private pool with hydrojet, solarium, outdoor shower and relaxation area. The outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying the summer, with two stone pergolas: one in front of the trullo with equipped outdoor kitchen, large stone table and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners, and one near the pool to characterize a lounge area ideal for aperitifs at sunset.
In the Mediterranean garden of more than one hectare, total privacy and nature merge in a sensory journey between Mediterranean essences and shades that change with the seasons.
Inside, the entrance opens onto a suggestive living area with original arches and cones, the heart of the house. From here you can access three double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and shower. The spaces are completed by a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with shower. The rooms, tastefully furnished, respect the authenticity of the trulli thanks to period furnishings and fine details. The structure also offers Wi-Fi in outdoor areas, private parking, photovoltaic system and charging station for electric cars.
The location is strategic: Locorotondo, Alberobello and Martina Franca are just a few minutes away, as are the most iconic villages of the Itria Valley and the beaches of both the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00 .
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.
Possibility to charge electric cars for a fee of €25 per charge .

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.

A surcharge of 100,00 € is required from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3. Pets are allowed, only small size, with an extra fee of 100 euros per pet.
4. Check-out time: 10:00 am.
5. At check-in time you will have to pay the Martina Franca tourist city tax of 0,80 € per person per night.
6. Extra linen: 25,00 € per person.
7. Baby cot and high chair: 50,00 € per stay. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
8. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
9. Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner
