"In the middle of nowhere on the way from Matera to Amalfi, we found this very special hotel, carved into the mountain and in multiple levels.
With an amazing view of the mountains, we had a nice big room with bathtub.
Cleaning was perfect, so nice.

Rocchina is a great host and really looked after us well, served us an appetiser and breakfast on our balcony as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you Rocchina! This place is a little sanctuary off of the beaten track. We had a really good night sleep in the cave rooms.

"La struttura è stata facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada, è molto grande e ben curata.
La stanza spaziosa mi è piaciuta tanto, soprattutto il fatto di avere la camera da letto separata dall'ingresso in cui c'erano gli altri 2 letti e anche un comodo e spazioso divano in aggiunta.
Il tetto molto carino a mò di dipinto antico con tanto di crepe (solamente disegnate ovviamente).
La pulizia impeccabile.
Il bagno grande e comodo, c'era anche uno sgabello, utile per i bimbi.

"There was no place to check in. I went to the door that indicated it was a real estate office, which was the closest thing to an office. No one answered. Went three different times trying to get in. They have boarded windows. Never did see the inside of the place."
"Hotel is in a good location walkable to the historic centre but the road in is winding and the GPS may need to be ignored for some turns. Room was clean and comfortable and service friendly and helpful. Parking was available underneath. A nice continental breakfast buffet with perfect cappuccino."
