Designed for holidays with family or friends, this spacious and light-filled villa boasts generous proportions. The ground floor offers 140 m² of open-plan living space leading out onto the garden. You’ll also enjoy five comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, three shower rooms and a lovely 800 m² garden with trees, a private heated swimming pool and a furnished, shaded terrace where you can make the most of the Mediterranean climate. The living and kitchen area is not air-conditioned; however, in the event of a heatwave, a covered terrace at the rear of the house provides a cool spot for dining.

The ground floor and first floor feature three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.

The annexe, furnished as a fully self-contained flat, has two further air-conditioned bedrooms, a cosy living room and its own private external access. It is the perfect space for two families wishing to maintain their privacy, groups of friends, teenagers seeking independence, or intergenerational holidays.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The house is ideally located in Marseille, in a peaceful and pleasant environment. Villa Soléa is located in the small village district of Les Caillols.
You'll love its residential, family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere. An old Provencal village that has become a lively part of eastern Marseille, it has retained its "village" feel, with narrow streets, local shops and lush green spaces.

Highly appreciated for its quality of life, Les Caillols offers a good balance between tranquillity and accessibility. The area is well served by the T1 tramway terminus and several bus routes that provide easy access to the city centre, the Vieux Port and the main motorways.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which has 3 parking spaces.

Villa Soléa can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

The easiest route by car is generally :

Take the A507 / L2 towards the 12ᵉ arrondissement
Take the Saint-Julien / Les Caillols exit
Then join the Caillols / Saint-Julien sector

The area is residential and fairly easy to get to by car thanks to its proximity to the L2.

By public transport :

From the Vieux-Port or Gare Saint-Charles :

Take the M1 metro towards La Fourragère
Get off at La Fourragère
Then take a bus in the area (lines 9, 12, 12S, 91 or S5 depending on the exact stop)
