You'll also have the option to request flexible check-in/out times for an additional fee (early check-in from 12 PM and late check-out until 12 PM available).

Please note: Parties, events, and loud disturbances are strictly prohibited in accordance with building rules and out of respect for neighbors.

We aim to provide you with a stress-free, comfortable, and well-located experience during your stay.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
