Agence Cocoonr offers you La Baraka, a beautiful studio apartment with terrace ideally located in the heart of a wooded park. La Baraka is located on the 2nd floor with lift of a recent residence. The flat is close to the calanques, beaches and village centre of Mazargues. The flat comes with a parking space at the foot of the building. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Accommodation :
- A living room: lounge with sofa and smart TV, a dining area, a Queen-Size bed (160x200).
- A kitchenette opening onto the living area, including: fridge, electric kettle, etc.
- A shower room with shower, WC and hairdryer.
- A terrace accessible from the lounge.

La Baraka is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary coffee capsules.

La baraka is a pretty flat perfect for a couple. You will be charmed by its terrace, its ideal location and its atmosphere.

The Cocoonr service:

- Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi fibre internet access.

Geographical location:
By staying at La Baraka you are choosing a typical district in France's 2nd largest city, the village district of Mazargues, located between the town, the sea and the calanques. If you turn left, you'll first reach the Stade Vélodrome, then the town centre or the Prado beaches. If you turn right, you'll reach the legendary Gineste and the calanques of Marseille-Cassis.

Public transport :
- Bus routes 22 and 23 pass below the residence and will take you to the town centre.
- By car: A parking space is reserved for the flat at the bottom of the building in the residence.
- Saint Charles station is 30 minutes away by public transport via Bus N°22 or 23 + Metro Line 2.
- The airport can be reached by shuttle bus to Gare Saint Charles, but we advise you to use taxis or Uber.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.
