This house is located in Peypin, surrounded by nature and at the foot of the Garlaban hiking trails. The 130 m² property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom plus an additional toilet, and can accommodate up to six people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a television, a fan, a washing machine, beach/pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. A ping-pong table is also available on site. A baby cot and a high chair are provided. This holiday rental offers a private outdoor area with a garden, open and covered terraces, and a barbecue.



The Sainte-Victoire mountain rises majestically on the horizon. The view is soothing and captivating, offering a sense of serenity and complete escape. The heated infinity pool, overlooking Sainte-Victoire, is a true haven of peace where every detail is designed to offer a tranquil experience.



You must respect the peace of the neighbors and the owners who live in the lower part of the villa. The property is five minutes by car from supermarkets and a bakery. The sea is twenty minutes away, as are the coastal town of La Ciotat, the Calanques of Cassis, and the markets of Aix-en-Provence. Visiting the Aubagne market, open on Saturday mornings, is also recommended.



Two parking spaces are available. Families with children are welcome. Pets, open fires, and any kind of events, day or night, are not allowed. The pool is reserved exclusively for guests, for insurance reasons.
