Welcome amazing guests, to our Marsaxlokk retreat!This 2BR spacious home is a perfect stay for a Maltese island adventure.

Step into a large living area with a comfy sofa and SMART TV. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and for those who crave fresh air, step out into the inviting outdoor area, where you can experience the refreshing embrace of nature from your private balcony with scenic vistas.

All amenities including the fishing village, are within walking distance giving you a perfect stay.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| Unwind in front of the full SMART TV, where you can catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy a movie night with loved ones, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows.

SOFA BED is also available.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one of which with a double bed, one has an ensuite, and the other with 2 single beds.

Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Nestled on the southeastern coast of Malta, Marsaxlokk is a picturesque fishing village that enchants visitors with its charming ambiance and idyllic coastal setting. Known for its vibrant fishing tradition, this delightful neighborhood offers a unique glimpse into the island's maritime heritage.

Stroll along the colorful promenade, lined with traditional Luzzu boats adorned with brightly painted eyes, and immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere. Marsaxlokk's quaint streets are filled with a variety of seafood restaurants, offering delectable dishes made from the freshest catches. Indulge in mouthwatering culinary delights, from grilled fish to seafood pasta, and savor the flavors of the Mediterranean.

Marsaxlokk is a relatively small village, making it easy to explore on foot. Take leisurely strolls along the waterfront promenade, wander through the charming streets, and discover hidden gems at your own pace.

Malta's public transportation system offers bus services that connect Marsaxlokk to various parts of the island. The bus routes provide a convenient way to reach popular destinations, including nearby towns, beaches, and tourist attractions. Timetables and routes can be easily accessed online or at local bus stops.

To make the most of your time in Marsaxlokk and its surroundings, consider joining organized excursions and tours. These can provide guided transportation, taking you to popular landmarks and attractions while providing insightful commentary from local guides.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
