Gîte Akéwa - MARSAS - Gîte

Ideally located about thirty kilometers north of Bordeaux, in the small hamlet of Colabrard, about 2 kilometers from the village of Marsas, the Akéwa gîte welcomes you for your stay. You can enjoy the surrounding countryside, take lovely walks in lush green surroundings, or explore the Bordeaux vineyards. For horseback riding enthusiasts, an equestrian center is about 300 meters away. Adjoining the owners' house, the gîte features a kitchen with a dining area opening onto a small terrace and a private enclosed garden overlooking the courtyard, a bright living room opening onto a second terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bedrooms are located upstairs and are equipped with a queen-size bed in one, two queen-size beds in the other, and a single bed in the other. The pool shared with the owners is open from May to the end of September, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. A trampoline is also available in the garden by the pool. To ensure privacy, a hedge separates the gîte's terrace from the owner's terrace, which is slightly set back. Parking is secure on the property in the shared courtyard. The gîte is equipped with electric heating (included in the price). Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for rent (fee-based services).
