The house is about 30 km from the beaches of the west coast, such as "Is Aruttas", "Tharros" and "Torre dei Corsari". Numerous hiking trails nearby allow you to reach the summit of Monte Arci. The area is also ideal for horseback riding and boat trips along the coast. The property is only 15 km from Oristano. You have parking and an electric car charging station. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Oil and seasonal fruit are offered.
