Boutique-hoteller i Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz

"Beautiful property, but the service needs significant improvement. We stayed for three nights in September. Kasbah D’If is stunning, peaceful and beautifully located away from the city. The pool and spa were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed my prenatal massage. The staff were generally friendly and, when managers became involved, extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the overall service and organisation did not feel five-star. We booked a cooking class a week in advance, but on arrival it seemed...

"Amazing stay. Lahcen was the best guide and very kind. Thank you !"

"No alcohol is available! Important to highlight as you get the impression on the website that they serve drinks. There was one bar open, which was the restaurant bar. A 1 liter water costs 40 MAD which seems very expensive"

"Wonderful new & modern camp with many interesting things to do"

"We have never experienced such a disappointing stay at a 5-star hotel before. The hotel in no way lives up to the standard of a 5-star all-inclusive hotel. Firstly, the service at the restaurants is practically non-existent. No one comes to ask if you need anything or want something to drink. Only at the end of our 11-day stay did we meet two waiters, Abdelsalam and another colleague, who were actually friendly and attentive. Otherwise, there was generally zero service. The staff at the bar by...

"Loved my stay"

"Exceptional setting for this very isolated camp. The elevated tents are very well designed and fully equipped. Hospitality was great: friendly, helpful and cheerful. Stands out from other camps in the region."

"Great place to stay, and very nice staff. We really hope to come back. "
