My son left his backpack in our room and Clarisa took it to UPS to have it shipped to our house. Clarisa is probably the best part of our experience - she’s welcoming, helpful, and genuinely interested in the guests. Aspen is lucky to have this hotel for those of us who don’t have oodles of $ but still love to visit this town. Please don’t ever sell :). "

"My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond for us! Front desk staff Elizabeth spoke with me weeks before our trip about my reservations and went above to help us have a great room with a nice view. The concierge, Miya, also exceeded our expectations of decorating the room for our visit. The entire staff as a whole were very friendly, kind, and welcoming! The resort is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely recommend and revisit. "

"The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals."

"Clean and very spacious room. Property was empty of staff. Communication was disconnected and awkward: lacked checkin details, there were no restaurants open on the mountain, building entry codes were not provided. Very different from past stays!"
