"We had fantastic communication with the host and due to an unexpected and traumatic family situation Kylie was wonderful and took a human approach which was so very appreciated. The home was well appointed and very well presented. Everything was just as we expected from the description; the spa was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the heart pump and fire meant the whole house was able to be kept warm. We would recommend this lovely log cabin in this most beautiful spot and stay...

"Everything was in good order when we arrived. The home was great for us with all of the bedrooms and big dining table and upstairs family room with TV. We had our small dog with us and he felt quite at home there. It was interesting walking around the neighborhood. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a great, spacious place with plenty of room for two families, plus lovely views and outdoor space. The location in Richmond is fantastic—we even went for an adventure hike up the mountain one morning. Our only minor feedback would be to invest in a larger coffee plunger for fellow coffee lovers, but otherwise, a wonderful stay!"
