"This is my third stay at the Imperial, and that says it all. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. Love the vibe!"

"First, Id like to say the hotel was great. It's a beautiful place to stay. Rooms spacious, super clean, and really a unique feel. My only issue was some verbiage I heard from staff. I had called regarding a charge prior to visit , when it was stated "pay at property". It was explained it is a hold, which is fine, but was also mentioned that "that's why they dislike expedia and third party sites, cause no one knows what's going on". I then , during my visit, heard an employee say to another...

"Loved the room and large walk-in shower that was well stocked with Dove shampoo, conditionerandbodywash. Very nice breakfast setup with exceptional coffee.I most definitely will stay again."

"Fantastisk værelse, lækker morgenmad og venligt personale kommer helt sikkert igen "

"Nice room, clean. Hotel was close to restaurants and easy access to I 25. Only had one breakfast but it too was good. This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. Will stay here again when I visit Albuquerque"

"Amazing place to stay. Clean and very hygienic. We’ll stay there again!"

"Breakfast was excellent."

"Thanks to Ingrid for a lovely breakfast."

"Staff was wonderful and helpful. Little load next to the freeway but overall a wonderful experience"

Everything looked good and quite a variety of food but the scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy were all ice box cold. Like the management thought it a great idea to cook the breakfast the night before and put it in a refrigerator for the morning only they forgot to heat it back up. VERY disappointing. Will not return to this property and wouldn't recommend it due to the...

"it is what it is. An old motel on the edge of freeway in an old part of town. Old and cheap (kind of like me) !"

"Allerede da vi parkerede på parkeringspladsen følte vi os utrygge. Biler kom og holdte et par minutter og kørte videre. Om natten kunne man høre pistolskud, politibiler og helikoptere. Vi prøvede at kontakte personalet via telefon og ved at gå over til modtagelsesrummet, men ingen svarede - på trods af de reklamerer med 24-timers kontakt. "
