"This cottage is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the cute downtown area of Marion. Host had a small box of chocolates from a local shop that was a nice welcome when I arrived. Cottage was clean and primary bed was comfy, however street lights shined in at night but there were blinds in the closet that I presume will be getting hung up to help with that. Although I did not travel with kids there were books and new toys for little ones as well as dishware which I thought was a...

"The property was just as described. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. Was able to have the kids and grandkids over for a back yard BBQ and everyone had the space they needed. Good location, close to shopping and downtown Marion. Host reached out and checked to make sure we were getting his messages and if we needed anything."

"Booked this last minute for family coming in for a graduation. Great location that is a short drive to any part of CR, Marion, or Hiawatha. Looks to be newly remodeled. Way more spacious than it appears from the outside. Family said it was comfortable for sleeping and gave it a thumbs up. Gorgeous kitchen. Great communication by the owner. Will definitely keep in mind if we need to book a place again."

"The Cozy Cottage is darling and very comfortable! The white and black farmhouse style has lots of great natural light and is a joy to wake up to. The cottage is dog friendly, which is an huge plus. Outside there is a fire pit and the cutest little chickens. We would stay again!"

"This house was perfect for our girl's trip to Cedar Rapids. The house had everything we needed and we loved having our own beds. Plenty of space! It was very clean and the location couldn't be beat. Just about 2 blocks from shops and restaurants."

"This was perfect for us--3 sisters in our 50s. The stairs are steep and would be tough for someone with mobility issues. The place was very clean and we wanted a place that was listed as pet-free. North Liberty was a nice town to walk around--ice cream, restaurants, parks, etc. We suggest having a jug of water for the coffee maker, since there is only the bathroom sink. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We stayed here for a weekend away with friends for a Hawkeye football game. Price was fair, owner was easy to reach and responded to questions about places nearby to eat after a long drive. Three bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with linens provided was great for less to pack. Neighborhood is a little run down but don't let that deter you from this home! We would stay here again."
