Hoteller i Marion

"Absolutely awful place unfortunately with really bad service. Almost everything was closed. The spa, restaurant etc. We booked this hotel for one night stay with our teenagers age 17 and 18. They were not allowed to go outside the room! The restaurant on site was closed and We couldn’t bring the teenagers with us even if it was open because it is located near the casino floor!!!!!! It doesn’t make any sense that you couldn’t make a route that makes it possible to someplace where they could participate in a nice restaurant. The cafe was open, but that is not really the same. We would have liked to use the spa for a treatment but it was also closed. We tried to talk to the reception about it, but they just answered it wasn’t their problem and it was stated somewhere. We asked where, because we never would have booked it if we knew. We fully accept if it was an “only adults” hotel, but that is not the case. The receptionist couldn’t find the information stated anywhere and just told us that he could et do anything about it. The rooms was very nice and the breakfast from the cafè was alright. The adults tried the casino at night. Here we encountered issues with the slot machines and the card. We gave up….. We usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the standard of this hotel was subpar by far and the staff was very rude indeed. The lady working at the cafe was very helpful and kind! "
