"Very attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast meal is just ok but much better during the weekend when it switches to a buffet. Location is good with some decent restaurants and coffee shops if you are willing to walk the area as I did. Sleeping can be a hastle sometimes. Not only will you hear the planes at the airport, some of the neighbors have roosters."

"Excellent place, clean and I will always book there when am in Ghana"

"The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that some advertised services were not as expected. The property advertises a 24-hour airport shuttle, but I was told it had to be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Since I booked my flight less than 24 hours before arrival, I had to take a taxi from the airport. This should be clearly stated in the listing. They also advertise a 24-hour front desk, but the front desk closes around midnight. For most questions, I was...

"Great service by friendly staff. Pool, fitness room and breakfast excellent. Will stay here next time visiting Accra."

"the staff is not trained or non-existent. in additon, access to the facility is done through facial and fingerprint recognition only! if you are comfortable with this information left somewhere in Ghana, go ahead and book it. in addition, the attendand started washing the bathroom towels in the kitchen sink while i was still there. Weirdest thing ever!"

"Four of us came to stay from the uk fir a short break in Accra. Overall our stay at the hotel was a very good experience and the staff extremely helpful. Shout out to the manager Rachel who went over and beyond. Needs to be pointed out that the hotel does not have a lift so people with mobility issues may find the stairs a struggle and need rooms on ground floor. That said, the staff always brought up the luggage on arrival and down on leaving. Breakfast is in the small restaurant area. Caters...

"The place is clean, check in is seamless, and the listing is the same as the property."

"At the check out, receipt was not available. Staff said me that they would send it soon but I don't receive it. On the stairs, furnitures are left. Shampoo and conditionner dispensor doesn't work well."

"The location is beautiful extremely close to the airport. However, it's a little misleading because they say that you have one airport pickup. Once you pay for the reservation in advance. But it's not redeemable, you can call and call and ask and they don't know what you're talking about. So that's misleading, there's no pickup available."

"Terrible management of stay. On arrival, they confirmed fully paid through hotels.com. After i left, they called not me, but our businesspartner to say i left without paying. ? Didnt even bother rechecking."
