    Denne rummelige villa på 247 kvadratmeter ligger ved kysten og giver sine gæster en fantastisk havudsigt.
    Stueetagen består af en stilfuld stue / spisestue indrettet med yderste pleje og fuldt udstyret køkken. Det har direkte adgang til den store terrasse med infinity pool og en have med charmerende pejs. Du kan nyde dine måltider på den overdækkede terrasse, der sidder på traditionelt lavet stenbord.
    At svømme i Adriaterhavet må du kun krydse gaden foran dit sommerhus.
    Villa Marina tilbyder sine gæster 5 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge, heraf 4 ensuite badeværelser. Alle 4 værelser har tv, klimaanlæg og balkon med betagende havudsigt.

Such a beautiful villa in the perfect location. The villa has everything you need with a lovely swimming pool and amazing views. Short walk to marina with restaurants, supermarket. Pebbles beach over the road. The hosts were great and very thoughtful with fresh bread, ham and cheese platter on arrival. They gave very good recommendation for restaurant, boat hire and reliable taxi. They went out of their way to the point of sourcing a pushchair as we forgot ours which were were very grateful for. Will definitely look forward to returning one day.

We had an amazing stay in Marina! The house was beautiful, spacious, and extremely well maintained. The heated pool was perfect during the cooler days, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. The outdoor BBQ and seating area had stunning views and made for such relaxing evenings. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely come back again, and recommend the place to everyone!

Wonderful Holiday

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this wonderful property. My wife and I, with our two daughters and our eldest daughters fiance cannot speak highly enough of the stay we enjoyed. We would also add that Ana herself is a wonderful host and could not have been more helpful.

Here is a polished version suitable for a booking website:We had a wonderful one-week stay at this villa in Marina, just outside Trogir, as a family group of eight. The villa fully matched the description and photographs and made an excellent first impression.The location is beautiful, right by the water and within easy reach of Trogir. Marina itself is a pleasant small village with several restaurants. There is a road between the villa and the sea, so some care is needed when crossing, particularly with children, but this was the only minor drawback.The villa was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We especially appreciated that every bedroom had its own en suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. The outdoor area was a major highlight, with a beautiful infinity pool, comfortable sunbeds and plenty of space to relax.The air conditioning was excellent, with independent controls in every room. The Wi-Fi, kitchen and dishwasher all worked well. Check-in and check-out were straightforward.Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. They were friendly, highly service-minded and responded immediately whenever we had a question.We would strongly recommend this villa to families and groups. It offered very good value, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic holiday for a party of young and older adults, x2 families, first time in Croatia and fallen in love. The villa was in a perfect location for the restaurants and supermarkets in Marina. Hospitality & cleanliness 5star, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the pool had beautiful views overlooking the sea. Petar helped us organise a boat trip with Ivan - definitely recommend, we were picked up from the pier literally over the road, visiting x3 islands via speedboat for some swimming and beach clubs.Young adults Ubered into Trogir for some late night life (15/20mins away).

We had a fantastic stay this week at this beautiful property. Ana and Peter were always available with any questions and were even able to help us arrange a boat trip. The place comes with everything you need including loads of lovely little touches that made us feel at home. Would totally recommend.

Piece of heaven in croatia

Stayed here with a group of 10, house is well equiped for that size group. Hosts Peter and Ana have thought of everything, even had a welcome olate of cheeses, meat and bread which was much appreciated after our late arrival. House is beautiful, views amazing. Very relaxing time, good facilities in the town of Marine for everything you need.

Great experience at Villa Marina

Stayed 4 days in Marina with our daughter and her family. The house was excellent and an easy walk to the market and restaurants. Marina is quiet in late October but we had great weather for swimming in the pool and also at the beach in Trogir. House is exactly as advertised and Petar was an excellent host. A great place to begin our week in Croatia.

Beautiful and spacious villa

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious villa with great outdoor opportunities for spending time with family and friends. The pool is the heart of the house and the view is perfect even while swimming. The villa offers other nice facilities too, such as a big barbecue and paddles for the beach. The hosts are very friendly and nice ! The village is quite recent, rather small and relaxed, which garantees the calm during the stay.

Great place

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our family with three teenagers – all bedrooms were equally comfortable and had their own bathrooms, which gave everyone the chance to relax and have their own space.The sea is just a few steps from the house, with crystal clear water, and several good restaurants are within walking distance. We really appreciated the host's excellent recommendations.The house was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The only small downside is that the sun leaves the property around 4 PM, so there's no evening sun – something to keep in mind if that’s important to you.All in all, a great place that we would happily return to!

You wont find a better place to stay

We stayed here in Marina for 2 nights and the property is amazing and the hosts Petar and Ana go out of there way to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. We cannot thank them enough for the excellent communication and providing a beautiful home to enjoy. I would highly recommend their home and you will not be disappointed. When we arrived the comment from all of us was "wow" what a beautiful home.

Luxurous and well equiped House at beach and Pool

Wir hatten einen klasse Aufenthalt, Eiswürfelmaschine, Sauna, Fitness, Pool. Genügend Liegen - 2 Kühlschränke, Grill. Einfach phantastischer Ausblick und toller Style im gesamten Objekt. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Vielen Dank!

Lovely villa

Wonderful accommodations for five friends after a Dalmatian islands cruise. We loved that we each had our own spacious bedroom and bath, and the large living room/kitchen was great for gathering in the evening. Ana was friendly and thoughtful, leaving us fresh bread, cheese and cold cuts. She also helped us arrange taxi service for day trips and our early morning airport transport. The pool was wonderful too. Overall, a great experience!

30th birthday celebration

We booked for our two families,10 in total, for our daughter’s 30th birthday. The hosts, Ana and Petar were amazing - they provided lots of information and were happy to suggest and provide options for restaurants and boat trips. On arrival Petar was here to welcome us and took us on a short tour of the villa and local area. The villa was perfect and in a great location - just a short walk from the village with supermarkets and restaurants. We have loved our stay in Croatia - everyone has been incredibly friendly and helpful and the country is beautiful. Thank you to Ana and Petar for welcoming us.

50th Birthday Holiday

We were a group of five women travelling for a week away to celebrate our 50th Birthdays. The accommodation was spotless, perfectly situated and just everything you could possibly need. The sea front was easily accessible along with several restaurants and bars. It was probably the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Ana & Peter greeted us with warmth and great hospitality. We hope to return to Villa Marina one day in the future A wonderful stay and we wouldn't hesitate to give the property and its hosts 5 stars!!

Loved this house. Location is perfect. Short walk to numerous restaurants and bakery/grocery store. Great beach across the street. Our teenagers loved taking the paddle board over to the beach. We enjoyed the pool every day. Rooms were all spacious with beautiful views to wake up to. Bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels etc Kitchen was well stocked. Short drive into Trogir for more shopping and restaurants. We used Uber. Everywhere felt very safe for the teenagers to wander around without us. Petar was a great host. Replied quickly to any requests. We had a relaxing fun week and fell in love with Croatia. Highly recommend this house.

Very nice villa!

Very nice villa with amazing sea view and perfect pool! We had everything we need. The communication with Petar and Anna was super! Unfortunately we had a little problem with the electricity (the whole neighborhood had no electricity) but Petar was very helpful and we even got a refund for the power-free time! Many thanks again!

Excellent Villa

Beautiful villa. We were a family of 10 and a perfect size for us all. Lots of space. Extremely clean. Lots of thoughtful touches and extras. Ana and Petar were wonderful hosts, always ready to help and the welcome platter and drinks were a very thoughtful and delicious arrival surprise. They were always contactable and helped with any questions we had. The views from the Villa were stunning, the location is perfect if you fancy a little dip in the sea as it is literally across the road and Marina town is a lovely short walk (10 minutes) through the beautiful harbour. We have absolutely loved our stay and we plan to return. Thank you again Ana and Petar.

Lovely villa and owners

The property works very well for a group of adults as all the bedrooms are of equal size and have an ensuite (with the exception of one smaller room). The townhouse style means there are quite a lot of stairs which wasn't a problem for us but may not suit the elderly or those with young children. The villa is beautifully decorated and in good condition. The pool area is also beautifully designed and has been well maintained. Unfortunately, for us, this lovely pool side area was slightly spoilt by road noise so I can't honestly say it was a tranquil spot, but this may not be a problem for other visitors. A strong plus side of this villa is the helpfulness of the owners who had stocked the fridge with some food and drink for our arrival and were always happy to provide advice and information.

Besonderes Ambiente mit dem gewissen Etwas

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein sehr schönes Ambiente abgerundet durch die Außenanlage mit Pool. Alle in FeWo aufgeführten Merkmale sind im Haus zu finden und lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Bei Anliegen erhält man in kürzester Zeit sehr freundliche und informative Rückmeldungen. Auch in Sachen Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind nicht verlebt, sondern in einem guten Zustand. Lediglich die Strasse unterhalb des Pools muss erwähnt werden, die aber von uns nur anfänglich wahrgenommen wurde. Kein wirklicher Störfaktor, der unserem Erholungsurlaub schadete. Eine klare Empfehlung unsererseits!

Perfect Holiday

Wow! This was pretty much the perfect holiday. First and foremost Petar and Ana are amazing hosts. Their communication is pretty much instant. Their recommendations and suggestions were all spot on and they were able to help and advise when needed. The villa is beautiful. The location amazing, with views over Marina, that by night are breathtaking. Yes, the coastal road runs along the bottom of the property but this is a small price to pay for the convenience and setting. We spent days by the pool, made use of the paddle boards and kayak provided and ventured into Trogir (which is stunning) and Split. Petar recommended a local taxi driver, Darian, who was reliable, informative and punctual. The area of Marina itself provides opportunity for lovely meals, drinks and walks. There are two good sized supermarkets within walking distance. We had a blast and would highly recommend the villa and hosts if you are considering a holiday in this lovely country.
