Seclusion Oasis - Near Monterey Beaches & Aquarium

You will be welcomed by our calm and relaxing atmosphere home. Our home is cozy with two bed rooms and two bathrooms! We also have a washer and dryer in the house for your convenient!

Think of waking up in the morning and walking to Marina Beach for coffee and breakfast. A full kitchen is available for all of your cooking pleasure.

There are many restaurants and shops close by / Walmart just 2 minutes drive or a short walk. Our property is 10-20 minutes drive from any attraction in Monterey.

Property is a first floor home of a 3-plex. There is one unit on the 2nd floor and a studio next door that could be booked separately. Please note all guests are asked to adhere to quit hours, we are always available to assist if needed. Noise could be expected on lighter scale.

The Oasis shares the main front entrance door with the 2nd floor. Once through them main front door, there are two internal doors, one for the Oasis and one for the 2nd floor.

Parking is limited to two cars in the driveway only and all based on first come, first serve basis. If full, please utilize street parking as we have lots close by.


-Master bedroom with a private bathroom. Master has a queen size bed, twin size day bed with trundle!

-Second bedroom (Both bedrooms with queen size beds).

-Second bathroom in the hallway.

-Washer and Dryer available free of charge!

-Dining room with a small table, 4 chairs and an island with 2 chairs.

-Large fridge and a fully stocked kitchen.

-Large living room with two couched, side ottomans and few tables. Along with a 65 inch TV!

-High speed internet.

-Side/back yard. Small setting section outside to enjoy coffee in the mornings.

**Please note we have a single front facing Camera** That faces the street and driveway**

Entire first floor unit & backyard.

Our house is located in a quite street close to the major attractions and stores in Marina. Very safe area and walking distance to The Beach!

Almost every place, restaurant, store and beach are within walking distance from our place. We have tons of free street parking directly in front of the house and near by.
