"The building was new, and we were its first guests. There were numerous defects, as well as fixtures and finishes that had not been properly installed to ensure guest safety, along with plumbing and electrical issues. Furthermore, the chalet had not been adequately cleaned following the construction and finishing work. I informed the hotel staff, and they promised to address the matter so that future guests would not encounter the same problems."
"I used to love that hotel but the service and food quality dropped significantly. The rule for pool usage and allowed swimming suites changed and seemed that people use swimming pools wearing their regular clothes. Instead of fresh squeezes they offer packages juices that taste like plastic. In the whole hotel there was no US outlet adapter, all the room outlets don't work for US electric devices or electronic charges. The quality dropped significantly after management change. "We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...
"The sewage was not working in two WCs , two broken chairs, the room service didn’t come regularly, the delivery are not allowed simply to get to the chalet I had to get out to the lobby or call them to allow the delivery boys in. The beach was very good but service and maintenance not that good bad experience"
