"I was looking for a place for my dad, his dog and I to stay for 5 days. I knew we probably wouldn't be too comfortable in a hotel for that long, so I came across this cabin. I figured my dad would really enjoy it. Cabins in the woods aren't my cup of tea, but it was very homey. The owner was very friendly. There wasn't a ton of info regarding check in or out, but we figured it out. Overall, was pretty happy with the place. "

"This property is in the middle of nowhere! I loved that about it. The lack of cell service to our carrier and no wifi was a bit disheartening for my children but be assured when we left in the morning nobody had died or gone insane from not being able to use their devices on the property. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Robert’s cozy accommodations served as a perfect stay for the Marietta Sternwheeler festival. Quiet property close to town. We would book again if we make it back down to the area. Check in and check out process easy and straightforward. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for offering your property as a nice and quiet and safe place to stay!"

"The home was nicely furnished with three living room areas, a complete kitchen with every thing you need, four bedrooms with comfortable bedding, three full bathrooms and linens supplied. We very much enjoyed the party house right on the river and the adjacent fire pit with comfortable benches. The driveway to the home is steep but very negotiable for cars and motorcycles. We enjoyed the time so much we are considering coming back next year."

"My husband and I booked this for our family and we had the BEST time! The host had the fridge and freezer stocked with goodies for us, the views from the deck were UNBELIEVABLE, we saw deer at sunrise, the beds were super comfortable, the whole house was decorated so tastefully for the holidays, perfect dining table for playing cards, they even had a dog bed and food/treats for your fur baby! If we could give 10 stars we would and we will definitely be back for each season!"

"The house was great. Very roomy and comfortable for our group of 6. Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the great weather. Took a walking tour of Marietta and visited quite a few great sites. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance of the house. We even got to watch homecoming in the park across the street as the students gathered for pictures."

"This place was fantastic. We had the upstairs. It was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to find and a store very close for forgotten items. They stocked the house with everything you will need including coffee, breakfast snacks, plastic silverware and shampoo and conditioner. Loki g for a beautiful, quiet place? This is for you. "

"This was a wonderful stay and a perfect spot for our family. Room for plenty of people to stay and socialize in, full fridge for food and drink, oven for cooking and comfy rooms to stay in. Love the feel of Stockport and having this place to stay is ideal. The only drawback was the VRBO listing says there are 2 queen beds and there is only 1. That needs to be updated. But that’s minor in the grand scheme of things. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The place was centrally located in the heart of Woodsfield. It had all the necessary things you need for cooking and entertainment for kids. "Wanted to stay downtown Marietta for the Sternwheel Festival and the location of this property was perfect ! It was clean - questions were answered promptly, beds were comfy - and white noise machines were even provided (it was Sternwheel weekend so I was prepared for that anyway) It was so nice - I've already booked it for 2025 ! A couple things to mention if you're planning on staying here - bring a block for your chargers - we had cords but no block - quick trip to CVS one block away...
