Fully appointed kitchen with all black appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with all new beds, beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a 65" Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy pit style sofa, 75” Smart TV, a second living/den area with a small pullout sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, laundry area, private pool and patio with dining furniture, courtyard entryway with seating, high-speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

We need a 48 hours notice prior to check in to have the pool heated during your stay. There is an additional fee to heat the pool for stays over three days. It costs approximately $200 per week to keep the pool heated, we will split the cost with our guests.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual and on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
