It amounts to €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter (plus 10% VAT).

The holiday accommodation booked is exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organize loud parties or other activities that violate the law or may disturb the neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
