"Golf Hotel Punta Ala is a nicely located hotel. Pool area is ok and the hotel’s beach area is reasonable. There is better beach clubs in the area at a fee. This hotel is old and except for the lobby/reception it needs a refurbishment. Rooms are much worn and have seen better days. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. WIFI is indeed present in the lobby and the pool area, but first of all is it difficult to access the network and second is it very slow. The cabled network in the room is not better. Breakfast...

"The best thing about the place is the staff, the pool and the shuttlebus. You almost feel that the service is personalized. This place has it all - charm, sophistication, unique space and great service. Would stay here again. The hotel have a good beach bar restaurant with good food and lovely staff."

"Nice hotel (not luxury). Great location, where you can walk to the restaurants and bars. Very good rooftop restaurant with great food and view and service. Rooms are small - but fine. Breakfast is fine. The sunbathing area is ugly - and the sunbeds are terrible. You can’t choose your own sunbeds, you are appointed to the same every day - even though there are so many vacant … you can’t choose them. We travelled four people together and were split up - we couldn’t have beds next to each other....
