"I would recommend this place, clean friendly service"

"The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the constant noise completely ruined our stay. The hotel is on a very busy street with extremely poor sound insulation, so you hear traffic, honking, people shouting throughout the day and night. We had a terrible night’s sleep and could not rest properly at all. This is clearly an ongoing issue due to the location and inadequate window insulation. If you value quiet and restful sleep, be aware of...

"Harikaydı"

"Mardius was a stunning hotel located with amazing views of the Mesopotamian plains and a close walk to the main streets of the old city of Mardin. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with parking. The rooms were beautifully restored and decorated in the region's style and breakfast was a sumptuous feast! 10/10 would recommend"

"Everything is clean, nice and beautiful. The service is super! Helen is s super host. The breakfast is homemade every day by a super chef. Location i top. You can walk around Mardin and enjoy the city."

"Nice property for the old town Nice breakfast Kind staff Not recommended for orderly people alot of stairs to be expected"

"Konumundan dolayı sadece memnun değildim onun harici herşeyden memnun kaldık"

"Personel çok yardımcı oldu"

"We requested refund after 15 minutes, as the parking area wasnt as described. And we changed the otel with better parkering space, as we werent able to park close to the hotel as described in description. They refused to refund."

"We loved our stay at Kale Konak. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, extremely clean, thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The roof terrace (where one can have breakfast, or tea anytime of the day) affords a fantastic and expansive view of the Mesopotamian plain. Very rich breakfast, lovely and helpful personnel and wonderful owner. Highly recommended (while keeping in mind that guests with mobility issues might find the stairs a bit taxing)"
