"Unfortunately, the only benefit of this hotel is the price. The staff at the check-in were rude and began running my card before explaining what they were doing. When I asked, they told me it was policy to put a deposit on the card. I explained that, of course, that’s fine, but you should let the customer know what you’re doing before putting any charge on a card. "The only thing I didn't care for was the bed. It was too, too soft. The pool was great. The breakfasts were plentiful with a nice variety available. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The bar and grill made it so convenient to have a good meal after a long day of travel or sightseeing. The cheesesteak eggrolls are amazing! So is the onion soup."
