Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, giving everyone in your group their own space and privacy, and there's a dedicated half bath for guests. Guest Access:

Guests have full, exclusive use of the entire home, the waterfront lanai, the private pool and spa, and the dock area. The property is private — no shared spaces, no other units. The dock and lift are not part of the rental.
