The main living area of this 1,789 sq ft home is bright and airy with an open floor plan, high ceilings, and tranquil coastal-contemporary style. The chef’s kitchen has elegant French white cabinetry and state of the art, stainless steel appliances including a French door fridge/freezer combo, glass top range and oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Sip your morning cappuccino at the beautiful granite breakfast bar that seats four, below stylish pendant chandeliers that are just the color of frosted sea glass. This grand granite kitchen island makes entertaining easier! Prepare a gourmet Marco Island style dinner and serve fish, crabs, lobster or oysters at the formal dining table that seats eight. Sliding glass doors in the dining room provide a view of the sparkling turquoise swimming pool and lush privacy wall of palms and hibiscus.
Gather in the living room on the driftwood-gray sectional sofa to stream your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV, or sit back in the pastel print arm chair to read the latest bestselling novel. Coastal charm is in the details of this room; a sea-scape painting hangs above the sofa on a wall the color of seafoam.
The screened in lanai allows you to relax outside without unwanted pests. Start your morning with a dip in the 5 ft deep, soothing blue pool. Enjoy the warm Florida sunshine, the fragrance of citrus blossoms and salt air, listen to the music of palm fronds in the breeze. In the evening, indulge in the hot tub, and watch the moon rise. This Marco Island home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, matching nightstands with elegant reading lamps, a large bureau and mirror, a 42” Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with dual-sink granite vanity and walk-in glass-door shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and 24” Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has two bunk beds (four single beds). Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share a hallway bathroom that has a single-sink granite vanity, a large, well-lit mirror and a shower/tub combo.

The Neighborhood:
Marco Island sits at the southern tip of Florida’s Paradise Coast, on the emerald Gulf of Mexico. It is the largest of the Ten Thousand Islands. Marco Island is just thirty-minutes south of Naples, and 30 minutes west of the pristine mangrove estuaries of the Everglades. Marco Island is famous for beautiful white sand beaches and spectacular sea shells, as well as world-class fishing, boating, golfing, fine-dining, eco-tours, parks and other cultural attractions such as music, theater, museums and galleries.
You’ll want to check out Marco Island Public Beach, Tigertail Beach. Rent paddle boards or kayaks at Tigertail Beach. Learn about the history of the island and the early Calusa Indians at the Marco Island Historical Museum. Take a sunset cruise on a Catamaran! Ride your bikes to the Calusa Park Butterfly garden. The opportunities for fun and adventure are endless in Marco Island!
Getting Around:
The closest airport is Fort Myers…. Fort Myers Airport (RSW)(Southwest Florida International Airport) is located 47 miles north of Marco and the driving time is around 55 minutes. Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is located 78 miles north of Marco Island and the driving time is around 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Marco Island is roughly 5 by 4 miles with many options to get around. You can of course walk and bike. But for those who prefer to get there faster and in style there are car rentals, scooter rentals and even golf cart rentals. There is also a trolley service that provides a great tour of the area.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted.
Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
