Great location! Marco Island home with pool that’s just 2miles to beaches

3 bedrms, 2 bath (Sleeps 6) private pool home that’s within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Also, just a short (2 mile) bike ride to the beautiful Marco island beach. This home was updated in January 2022 with new furnishings including and not limited to comfortable king size beds in two of the 3 bedrooms and twin beds in the 3rd. Smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms as well as in the open living room area that has ample comfortable seating. Dinning room table seats 6 with bar seating as well and easy open access to the kitchen and pool patio area. Full sun pool, comfortable lounge chairs and outdoor eating under a large shade umbrella tops off this very comfortable city center home. This home is located close to many amenities:

Marco Island is a very safe community but for a little more security we have security cameras, one at the front door and one in the backyard over looking the pool. The camera at the front door remains on at all times. The backyard camera is turned off at check in. There are no cameras in the interior of the home.

Very close to the Beach and many places to shop and eat. Love the backyard in the pool! Spent lots of time in the pool and also grilled out! Robin was awesome with getting back to us if we had any questions or concerns! Really loved our stay in Marco !

Nice property in a Central location

Clean house close to everything on Marco Island. Great outdoor space. All day sun by the pool. Bikes, beach chairs and a cooler on location to use. A lot of necessities provided, making for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely book this location again.

All was realllly GOOOOD. BRIEF internet problem, and Robin was on it!! Plenty of towels, COAT HANGERS!, and WONDERFUL backyard setting and pool!!! Great location for restaurants and shopping! Our stay made turning 70 delightful‼‼‼

Holiday Get A Way

Outstanding location. We utilized the pool, grill, and kitchen daily. Great location to spend with our adult children and spouses. Pickleball courts are nearby with free court access daily in the afternoon. Convenient grocery location for cooking in.

Great House!!!

We truly enjoyed the stay at the Twin Palms house. It was very spacious and well appointed! The pool and backyard is big and great for having dinner outdoors. This house offers everything you need to enjoy your stay on Marco Island!

Great Marco Home

The home was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our month long vacation. Robin was the best host ever! From the text that we could check in early, to the brand new grill and tea kettle, she constantly exceeded expectations. The pool is much larger than the photos portray and there is great outdoor furniture. The location is fantastic. We walked to shopping, dining, and also to the weekly farmers market. We rode the bikes provided to Old Marco and used the beach supplies at the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was very well maintained. We loved the backyard/pool area and used the new grill a few times which was perfect. Robin was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. All in all a great stay!

Christmas holiday

We stayed here Christmas week with our college age twins and enjoyed the most relaxing holiday. The home was super clean, well stocked kitchen, bath, beach towels, reusable bags for shopping and even had packing tape which came in handy. Only one small issue with dishwasher and the owner had someone out the next morning to do repairs. While on Marco we rode bikes, played games, watched movies, napped, lounged by poos with many books and ate out. We stumbled upon a nice farmers market and enjoyed a private catamaran cruise with Easy Breezy Charters on Christmas Eve. Would recommend this property without hesitation.

We loved this Marco Island property!

The home was beautiful, very spacious and open. It was exactly what we needed for four adults. The pool was the best. We spent most of our time in the pool and it was so nice having it right at our home so we could go in and out easily and lots of patio furniture, which made it very comfortable, We were very thankful for the washer and dryer amenities and we appreciated the use of bikes, beach chairs, beach, umbrellas, etc. our host Robin was an excellent host. If we had questions she got back to us immediately and took care of things right away. We highly recommend this property to future Marco Island visitors.

Pool is great, house needs attention.

The pool is the best part and our kids did love to swim and play in the pool, and so did we. The kitchen is totally outdated and kitchen utensils and pots/pans are mismatched and kind of thrown together and old. The older refrigerator was NOT cleaned out and had lots of half used items - same in the cabinets which is pretty gross. There is new furniture which is nice. However, and we did not find this out until we got there - the owner requires that you wash all sheets and make all the beds BEFORE you checkout at 10am! Good luck getting that done unless you wake up at 6am for just that purpose. Also, it's pretty gross to just trust the prior guest to wash and change the sheets, make the beds. Seems like the cleaning charge should go to us. 3 stars because of the pool saved it from 2.

Amazing Stay on Marco Island

My family greatly enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. The house was beautiful, well outfitted for all of our needs and within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and a Farmer’s Market. Robin was a very attentive and professional host, who quickly addressed any questions we had over the course of our week stay. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to vacation on Marco Island!

This house was perfect for our family. Clean, spacious, amenities, pool, bikes. It was a short bike to everywhere; restaurants, beaches, Walgreens, grocery stores, etc. Can’t think of anything bad to say about this place. For context…we stayed one week and have two older teenagers.

Let me start by saying that this property and the owners were awesome

We absolutely loved this house property was exactly as posted. The owner (Robyn) was awesome to communicate with and was very accommodating as well. We loved the spacious kitchen, outdoor patio, the salt water pool was the best and well used The house was clean spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The owner offered the beach equipment and bicycles as well which were great for us. The neighbourhood is very safe clean and we were able to ride the bikes everywhere. We were very satisfied with this rental and would recommend this property. Thanks so much Robyn and two weeks was not long enough however the weather could not have been better. There are many things to do which we enjoyed ie paddle Marco and the Marco island eco tour was so much fun, shelling on the beaches and hanging by the pool was my favourite. Will definitely be back soon! Deb P
