Our hidden tropical gem is the perfect retreat for your island getaway. We think our place will help you experience everything Marco Island has to offer. Although hosts have nearly 3 years as 5 star hosts this home is new to guests beginning March 28, 2025. We are so excited about this home. It is a rare gem showcasing updated features in a home that exudes old Florida traditions. High ceilings make it feel airy
and open. From the carved wood moldings with palm trees and pineapples to the mermaid light fixtures and hardware, it is simply charming. Not a cookie cutter box home.There is mature tropical landscaping, new plush zoysia grass sod, a dolphin mailbox, and yes a swordfish statue. The oversized lanai which is drenched in morning sun will offer you a tropical retreat for your morning coffee.The pool is lovely, private, and large for Marco homes.You will have privacy with this oversized island lot. The yard was just sodded with beautiful zoysia grass like a golf course. Mature tropical palms as well as new palms just planted to increase the lushness and privacy. The kitchen has been updated with black granite counters, white cabinets, and upper end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully provisioned with nearly all new items. You can actually cook an entire meal just like at home. A Weber grill is available on the lanai.
You will find the bathrooms outfitted with fluffy towels, hair dryers, soap, and shampoo. Bedrooms have new high quality mattresses and Tommy Bahama bedding. We have not skimped on provisioning our homes.
This Marco Island home boasts 2 inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom has ensuite bath with a king bed that offers electric multi positioning. There's also a smart TV in the bedroom. The master bedroom offers plenty of draw space as well as bedside tables with lamps on each side of bed. There's a large window to side yard and a slider to the pool lanai. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed again plenty of drawer and closet space as well as bedside table with reading lamp. This room has a large window overlooking the pool.
Large TV in living room and master bedroom. High speed WiFi throughout the home. There is also a bonus room that opens onto lanai with a large high top table for office type work, dining, or game playing. This room has a new electric sitting to standing desk. Room has doors that shut it off from living room. Living room boasts large Cindy Crawford sectional. There’s also a Tommy Bahama style dining table.
There are 4 large tropical ceiling fans in the home that keep you cool with the AC and again just feels so refreshing and islandish.
The large tropical lanai has a new white plywood table with 6 chairs and umbrella. Brand new wicker deep cushioned couch, and 2 chairs with ottomans and table. 3 large rolling umbrellas with lighting. Additionally you will find lounge chairs for sunbathing. Pool is good sized and heated. As our guests you will have access to pool floats, plenty of beach towels, and an outdoor towel stand.
There is a complimentary washer dryer for our guests use. There is a circular drive for easy parking right up to the front door for easy loading and unloading.
a Our homes are set up to make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you pass through the front door. The coastal decor gets you in the mood for your retreat vacation. You will only need your clothes and food. There’s beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas and you’re 5-10 minutes drive to 4 beaches.
Did I mention the homes very walkable. From this home you’re 0.6 miles to grocery, shopping, and 12 plus restaurants. There’s parks nearby. You can walk to the Jolly bridge for water views, fishing, or just sitting in the sand watching the boat traffic.
So much to do and so little time.
