bedroom, full size bunk beds in guest room & a sofa bed. Located just .7 mile
from the beautiful Marco Island Public Beach (beach chairs, towels, cooler &
wagon is supplied for your convenience). Explore the many delicious
restaurants & souvenir shopping within walking distance. Enjoy your morning cup
of coffee or after dinner drink on the balcony overlooking the beautifully
landscaped path to the heated pool. Shuffleboard, grills & bike racks are
available for your convenience. Common laundry is conveniently located just
below condo.

$20 deposit for parking permit (refunded upon departure)
$25 registration fee (must check-in with office upon arrival)

PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
