Perfect Beachfront Getaway! Beautifully situated on Marco's Crescent Beach (best location on south end!), you'll love the 'easy in - easy out' aspect of this first-floor condo no elevators or stairs to deal with, especially with kids and beach gear in tow.

Neat and clean, this condo sleeps 5 and has everything you need to enjoy a week in the sun...beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, towels and a blender for frozen drinks!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster... stackable washer and dryer too!

Living room has sofa and chair, flat screen TV, Master BR has queen bed with New Casper mattress, flat screen TV, private bathroom, and an ocean view right from the bed. 2nd BR has a queen bed with a twin loft bed above also and private bathroom.

Central Air Conditioning to keep you cool during hot summer days/nights. Complimentary WIFI included.

Picture yourself enjoying beautiful sunsets and spectacular gulf views from the 21' lanai that has comfortable deck furniture. Stroll the beach and collect seashells or play tennis or pickleball (bring your own equipment) on-site then head to the pool and hot tub to relax. You are also within walking distance to parasailing, wave runner and paddleboard rentals, beach shops, movie theater and 1st class restaurants.

Watch dolphins play along the shore, explore Tiger Tail beach or take a 45-minute drive to Everglade City and take an air boat ride...there is so much to see and do. It is a bird lovers paradise ... walk around the neighborhood and see adorable burrowing owl nests. Naples is only a 20-minute drive where you'll find upscale restaurants and shopping galore (5th Ave., Tin City, Naples Pier). The condo has an information binder full of great restaurants to go to and a list of activities -- you won't miss a thing. Marco is a magical place to make wonderful memories - You Will Love It.

Registration fee due upon arrival at the Sea Winds managers office per car, 2 car maximum

*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Only complaint is the thin walls. Neighbors upstairs up at 5:45a banging around. Location is good. I was worried about being so close to the elevators but didn’t hear it at all. Would stay again

So convenient!

My adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this ground level condo. It was so convenient to walk out to the beach. Everything was exactly as described. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the whole condo was so clean! The view of the sunset every night was just beautiful! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Beachfront gem.

Clean and newly renovated. Somewhat small living space. However spacious bedrooms and a large balcony more than made up for this. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. Nice pool and hot tub. Right on the beach.

Relaxing Week on Marco Island

Our first trip to MI brought us beautiful sunshine and high of 80 in the middle of February. Days were spent relaxing on the beach, kayaking, and watching fishermen reel in bonnet head sharks and sting rays. Evenings were enjoyed at one of several nice seafood restaurants. Dolphin Tiki Bar was probably our favorite--on a marina, low-key, with great food. Loved the tropical ambiance of the Smith House for brunch. This first level condo was super convenient for beach/pool days--walk out the door and you're practically at the pool, then just a few more steps and the boardwalk takes you to the sand and tons of seashells. Owner provides guests with four beach chairs, two umbrellas, cart, coolers, and a few other beachy items, which was well appreciated. As far as the view of the ocean, you'll have a "window" between the foliage, but can still see the sunset. The full moon set on the horizon and was simply magical. We slept well on the comfy mattresses and pillows. A sound machine and cozy throws were nice extras. This 2BR condo is on the smaller side. The living area is only 11 feet wide, so if you have more than four in your party, it would seem crowded in my opinion.LADIES: Surprisingly, there was NO blow dryer. We made do. Check-in involved picking up keys at a nearby off-site lock box. Management (Chantel) was very responsive to a maintenance issue with dryer. The receptionist at Sea Winds was very friendly and helpful. We hope to return to Marco Island!

Paradise

This place was perfect for our trip. It was clean and cozy and felt like home. It was conveniently located on the main level where you didn't need to go far. You are steps from the access door that takes you to the pool area and then to the boardwalk to the beach. Within minutes you are in paradise on the beach. People were friendly and the restaurants nearby are great. Pinchers, Marco Prime, Nacho Mama & the Marco Island Movie Theater were some of our favourites. It was my first time booking with Vrbo and I have to say, Nancy was a delight to deal with. She was kind and was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I would like to thank her for sharing a little bit of her paradise with my and my family.

Beachy paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ideally situated on the first floor, allowing us to easily come and go without dealing with the elevator delays or crowds. We were pleasantly surprised that the view from the very spacious balcony was not obstructed by any of the vegetation because the unit is actually about 10-15 off the ground, so we were able to watch the sunsets without having to head to the beach. The Gulf sunsets, by the way, are absolutely phenomenal. The unit was nicely decorated and will appointed, with everything anyone would need for their stay. Providing the chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart was a a true life (and back) saver. Nancy, the host, was very responsive and immediately addressed a couple very minor concerns. Thanks so much, Nancy. We look forward to staying with you again next time we're in the area.

Fun Family Vacay

We had such an amazing trip! The condo was very clean and the beachy decor really makes the place! The beds and couch were very comfortable. Also, anything you could ask for is there for your use: sand toys (including a boogie board and floatie), coolers, totes and great beach chairs and umbrellas. There’s even a beach cart if you need it. However since the condo is on the first floor it’s so easy to access the pool and beach without dealing with elevators. For being on the first floor the view is actually perfect since it’s not at ground level (it’s more like a 2nd story view). Nancy is very quick to respond for any inquiries. We loved our stay and highly recommend it! Thank you!!

New favorite beach!

This was 1st time to Marco and we loved it. Not a bunch of traffic. The beach not crowded The condo was the perfect location Not having to use an elevator was great. The condo had absolutely everything we needed. We loved all the beach chairs/umbrellas and so much more. Would definitely book Nancy’s condo again !!!!! Thanks for sharing with us

Amazing

We went for a week of relaxation and this property met all our expectations. The condo was fully stocked, and it felt like home away from home. There were plenty of beach gear, and towels. THE VIEW! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset every night. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Everything you need is close by. Property was clean and we will definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Excellent family mini vacation

We took our kids to Marco island for the first time (my second). They were just completed the fall semester, and needed a breather. This is also our first renting from VROB. The owner made the process simple. She even allowed us staying just 4 night (instead of the minimum weekly). The most annoying thing is: key is needed to enter or exit (some door) the building. I guess security outweighs convenience. The unit is on the first floor, but it felt like 2nd floor, therefore the ocean view isn’t that terrible. If they can get the condo association in agreement to take down the large bushes on the left, the view would be a lot better. The condo has everything beach goers would need (cooler, chairs, umbrellas), not high quality, but functional. The kitchen has adequately pot/pans. Appliance is not matching, but functional. The dishwasher has seen the better day. The printed instructions/label (such as ON, START, etc) are faded/gone. The television in the bedrooms could be larger. But we watch Thursday night football on the large (I think it’s 55 inch) Television on the living room. Overall, we’d recommend this unit for anyone, and definitely would rent again.

This is a lovely property. The condo is updated and well maintained. The view was beautiful and the location for us was perfect, we did not have to use the elevators. This unit has the most beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc of any unit I have stayed at and they were all in great working order. Very Impressed
