This was a fabulous property. We had 8 adults--mom and dad, three adult children with their spouses. We each had our own room and bathroom. There is a screen-in porch on all two levels plus a small private deck off the primary suite on the 3rd floor. There is large living space on the main (second) floor where we played games, ate meals, and spent great family time. The theatre room was great for watching the Olympics and family movies. The kitchen area is big enough for family-meal preparation. The pool and hot tub were both great for spending sunny afternoons. (Make sure you heat up the remote for the hot tub a couple of hours before you're going to use it.) The neighborhood is quiet. You can walk to Publix to pick up a few things, which we did after our big shop on day 1. The property managers were very responsive. The instructions were super clear. I highly recommend this property for 2 or 3 generations. We made a lot of family memories on our short visit.
