"Undoubtably the most relaxing and peaceful vacations i have ever had. We spent a week there and from the minute we pulled up the staff made themselves available to us. Never overbearing just knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We left feeling like we were leaving friends. Absolutely loved everything about Playa De Sala!"

"The level of customer service was personal and exceptional. My room was large and I appreciated the full size refrigerator and large balcony. This is a newer hotel, the owner Jake makes himself accessible, Jennifer was on site to make sure things ran smoothly, and this hotel is in walking distance of local food spots. Experience is everything, and I had an excellent & restful experience at this hotel. I absolutely hands down recommend Hibisco, and I 100% will stay here again when I make it back...

"The room was super clean and comfortable, the AC was perfect and kept us super cool. The staff were amazing and super helpful. We had everything we needed. The location was centrally located to just about anything you needed in town. We were walking distance to everything. The negative part of being so centrally located was it got super loud at night especially on the weekends."

"Everything was great"

"The overall experience was pleasant. The rooftop nor the pool was open and was not communicated prior to the stay. I would not stay again."

They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, including providing some really good recommendations for local places to visit and eat. "best deal in Sam Pedro, clean safe, staff is the best they really look out for you"

"Very quiet, clean and centrally located between Secret Beach and San Pedro. Property managers, groundskeeper and housekeeper amazing people. We will be staying again in May!!"
