The bright and well-furnished apartment “Ramerino” in the seaside town of Pomonte on Elba with views of the surrounding mountains and the sea is only a short walk from the beach and ideal for relaxing holidays in the beautiful scenery. The 65 m² apartment, on the first floor of a typical Elban house, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and satellite television. The entrance area has a little fenced lookout, where you can have a morning coffee in the sunshine. From the home, you will find shops, a pharmacy, a bakery restaurants and cafés all within 3 minutes on foot (200 m), and the sandy beach with clear blue water, which invites you to take refreshing swims surrounded by the scenic panorama of the bay, is an 8-minute walk (600 m) away. After a 30-minute drive or 19 km, you can get to the mountain Monte Capanne, a popular tourist destination with fantastic views over the surrounding island. The hilly area around Pomonte is also ideal for hiking or cycling along the brilliant shores. The island’s airport is only a 24-minute drive or 15.5 km from the property.



Parking spaces are not available on the property, but a town-managed car park is only 40 m from the apartment.
