Apartment Alisa, Liznjan: A modern apartment with a sea view

The modern and fully equipped Alisa apartment, with a beautiful ocean view, is located in the peaceful village of Ližnjan, near Medulin. Ližnjan offers a quiet vacation, and just 3 km from the apartment, you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, children’s entertainment, and various sandy and pebble beaches. The nearest beach is only 1 km away, while the nearest restaurant is 300 meters away.The apartment, located in a building constructed in 2022, can accommodate up to 6 people. It is spacious—75 m²—and consists of a comfortable, air-conditioned living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and TVs, one of which has its own bathroom. There are two bathrooms in total. The third bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. On the balcony, there is an outdoor dining area with a sea view, ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with friends or family. Guests also have access to four parking spaces.
